Fire Chief Promotion Cake

This cake is a replica of his helmet sitting on top of a LAFD fire hose. There was a real functioning light on the helmet. The hose featured a canvas texture, metallic looking nozzle, and even "water" coming out of the hose. The top helmet tier was Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Frosting, and the bottom hose tier was vanilla cake with strawberry filling. Congratulations to Captain Adam Knabe for being promoted to Fire Captain!

Fire Academy Graduation Cake

I made this cake for a young man who just graduated from the fire academy. I've had the idea to make this cake for a long time and finally found the perfect to reason to make it. Congratulations Spencer Cooper! The helmet is a replica of his actual fireman's helmet. And the hose appears to have actual water coming out. The helmet was chocolate cake with strawberry filling. The hose was vanilla cake with Salted Caramel Filling.
